WASHINGTON, D.C. ­ Attorney General Janet Reno will travel to the FBI Complex in Clarksburg, West Virginia, tomorrow to speak to employees who will operate the Brady Act's National Instant Check System for handgun, rifle and shotgun sales. The National Instant Check System will begin operation on November 30th. Media are invited to the Attorney General's arrival at the FBI Complex. This is a photo-op only. The Attorney General's tour and remarks to employees will not be open to the media.
