September 14, 2011 - 9:30am Maloy scheduled to enter a guilty plea.

August 12, 2011 - Motions hearing, before Hon. Gerald Bruce Lee.

March 26, 2011 - Indictment returned. Maloy charged with seven counts of mail fraud (in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1341) and two counts of money laundering (in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1957).

March 9, 2011 – David Maloy was arrested in Dallas, Texas pursuant to a criminal complaint and arrest warrant issued out of the Eastern District of Virginia.  Maloy was charged with one count of mail fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1341.  Maloy was released on bond and the case is awaiting further action by the Grand Jury.Paragraph One.
