United States V. Tony Perez III

January 28, 2011 – Tony Perez III was arrested in Indiana pursuant to a criminal complaint and arrest warrant issued in the Eastern District of Virginia.  On March 11, 2011, Perez was ordered detained pending further legal proceedings.  On April 4, 2011, Perez entered a plea of guilty to wire fraud in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343 and aggravated identity theft in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1028(a)(1).  Sentencing is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on July 8, 2011, in Courtroom 700 of the Albert V. Bryan United States Courthouse located at 2100 Jamieson Avenue in Alexandria, Virginia.  The defendant remains in custody.
