Update: A sentencing proceeding is presently scheduled before Judge Ramos for defendant Karl Sebastian Greenwood at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.  The proceeding will take place in courtroom 619 in the United States Courthouse located at 40 Foley Square, New York, New York 10007.

The charges in these OneCoin-related prosecutions are contained in case numbers 17 Cr. 556 (ER), 17 Cr. 630 (ER), 18 Cr. 746 (KPF), and 18 Cr. 793 (ER).
