Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee (LECC)

The 2023 Wyoming LECC Conference was Successful!

The 2023 Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee (LECC) Conference in Lander WY, June 7-8, 2023, was well attended and 97.5% of the people surveyed said it either met or exceeded their expectations. The conference offered two days of quality training for law enforcement and prosecutors, an awards banquet, and opportunities to meet and network with folks from federal, state, local, and tribal agencies across Wyoming.

Training Topics included:

  • Introduction to Human Factors for Force Investigations (Paul Taylor, PhD)
  • Critical Protective Analysis Group Briefing (K.C. Allman & Kaitlyn Culwell - US Secret Service)
  • LCSO Officer Involved Shooting After Action Briefing (Deputy Shawn Puente)
  • DOJ/USAO Programs & Initiatives Summary (Wyoming US Attorney's Office)

Join us next spring for the 2024 LECC Conference. Details will be posted as soon as they become available. 


About LECC

Wyoming’s Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee (LECC) provides a district-wide network of local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies committed to cooperation and coordination. The LECC’s mission is to foster effective communication and cooperation among the district’s local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies; to identify and address current and emerging regional and national crime trends and threats; and to provide leadership, guidance, and resources to support established training objectives for the district’s law enforcement community. The LECC, in partnership with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office, co-sponsors a conference each year designed to fulfill the LECC’s vital mission.
