Each OVW grant program also has “program specific” award conditions that are included with each award made under the relevant grant program. The conditions are designed to ensure that recipients comply with the program’s statutory scope and programmatic requirements. Additionally, project specific terms and conditions may be added to an award to address issues specific to that individual award.
