Please note that decisions as to whether and how to investigate a claim are made in the U.S. Attorney’s discretion, and are not reviewable by any court.  There is no timeframe by which claims presented to the U.S. Attorney’s Office will be resolved, but the Office will make every effort to expedite resolution of each inquiry.
