Compliance and Enforcement

FIRS develops measures to mitigate any risks identified in its reviews of transactions and technology through CFIUS, Team Telecom, and other authorities, frequently in the form of National Security Agreements or Letters of Assurance with the parties. FIRS monitors, supervises, and enforces companies’ compliance with those agreements.
